Shipping:
Flat Rate/Free Shipping
Standard Flat Rate shipping on orders with a subtotal less than $50 is $4.90.
Expedited Shipping
All orders are eligible for expedited shipping which is calculated in real time by the carrier and is dependent on the estimated weight of the products ordered and the distance the package will be shipped. All expedited shipping methods will also be processed before Flat Rate orders. Any order with expedited shipping received after 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) can not be guaranteed same day processing. Expedited orders received after 12:00pm EST Friday may not ship until Monday.
Please Note: UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. When calculating a delivery date, do not count the weekend or holidays. In other words, if you place an order using UPS 2nd Day Air before 12/noon CST on Thursday, it will ship Thursday but will not be delivered until the following Monday. In most cases, USPS Priority Mail will arrive just as fast, if not faster. If you have any questions about ship time, please send us an email or give us a call during business hours prior to placing your order.
Address Errors
Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate). It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order. Any orders returned to Heritage Hill Shaving Company due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.
International Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide. Please review the following policy before placing your order:

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. -
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.-
Responsibility: The recipient is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Shipping Timeframes:
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control. -
Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or other issues, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
By placing an order, you agree to comply with this policy and accept responsibility for any applicable import taxes and customs duties.
Returns/Replacements: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied in every way with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one time replacement (only pay shipping) or full refund (less shipping charges paid). We will never ask you to send the item back, we simply ask that you pass the product on to a friend or family member. We also ask that you send us some feedback as to why you did not enjoy your experience. We appreciate any and all feedback at all times.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. To process a replacement claim, we require clear photos of:
* The damaged product(s)
* The shipping box
* Any damaged packaging materials
* The shipping label
Once reviewed, we will replace any verified damaged items at no additional cost.
Claims submitted without photos may not be eligible for replacement.
